The property is just 30 metres away from a Blue Flag beach which comprises two sandy coves, one supervised by lifeguards (high season only), divided by a rocky islet accessible on foot at low tide. The nearest village of Kergroes (2.5km) has a bakery and small supermarket, with a larger choice of shops and restaurants in Moelan sur Mer (6km). The wonderful village of Pont Aven with numerous art galleries and renowned for its biscuits is 17km away and the walled town of Concarneau 33km.
