Accomodation:

• Lounge: with dining area, comfortable seating and flat screen TV (both English and French free to view channels)
• Fully equipped kitchen: with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, cooker with large oven underneath
• Bedroom 1: Double bed with doors leading directly into the gardens.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed with doors leading directly into the gardens.
• Bathroom: Bath with shower attachment, hand washbasin and wc.

Grounds

• Private Pool: The pool measures 6m x 4m and has a constant depth of 1.2m. Poolside loungers and comfy seating in the Loggia enables everyone in your party to take some sun or just sit in the shade by the pool (perfect for those with children)

• The gardens of ¾acre are laid to lawn, trees and shrubs and the mature hedges give a real sense of privacy. There are several terraces, a poolside loggia with small summer kitchen alongside. A gas bbq is provided for guests. At the end of the garden is another lawned area, ideal for children’s games. Four new adult bicycles are normally available for exploring the countryside surrounding (used at clients own risk). Child bikes can be rented at Saint Antonin.
