Les Oliviers
Les Oliviers is a modern 4 bedroom villa in 1/4acre garden with superb mountain views.
The property is fully insulated with electric heating for year round comfort. The accommodation has:
- Two twin bedrooms
- Two double bedrooms
- Two bathrooms
- Large lounge/dining room with fireplace,
- Fully fitted kitchen, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, pool house.
Pool open May – September.
WIFI is not installed in the house. My family and I use our mobile phones (tethered to laptops in some cases)
Situated on the outskirts of the village, 5 mins. walk from the cafe/restaurant and bakery. 20 mins. from Lac Salagou where water sports are available. Supermarket shopping at Lodeve and Clermont l’Herault, both within 20 mins drive. The Mediterranean is less than 50 mins. away.

- Low season : October to April. £210/week.
- High season: May to June £1000/week.
- July £1200/week.
- August £1450/week
- September £1300/week
Cleaning at the end of the stay by guests.
To make a booking 50% of the total cost of the holiday is required with the remainder to be paid eight weeks before the beginning of the holiday. A returnable £300 security deposit is required.
Pool open May – September.
Children should be supervised at all times- as I do for my grandchildren who have been going to the house since they were toddlers.
No pets please- some people are allergic to them.
Fuel and power included May-September.
