The villa is situated in a quiet road a short stroll from the centre of Jard-Sur-Mer with its authentic marina, beaches, cafes, bars and restaurants. Jard-Sur-Mer enjoys more than 2,500 hours of sunshine throughout the year with beautiful, fine sandy beaches and extensive wooded areas running along the coast. The town’s shops include numerous bakeries, a good butchers, wine merchants and a large Super-U (including a huge fresh-fish counter) for all your provisions. There is also the town’s market (the largest in the area) every Monday throughout the year.
Located right on the Vendee Velo cycle track network, which stretches over 1,000km enabling safe cycling at your own pace throughout the Vendee. The tourist office just a few hundred metres away in the town can provide details of local bike hire, fishing, golf, tennis and water sports activities. The opening stages of the Tour de France have passed through Jard-sur-Mer.
The property sleeps 6 adults and is equipped with a baby cot and high-chair. The villa is set in a secluded walled garden both to the rear and front aspect. Cars can be parked at the front of the property behind private locked gates. The villa is well equipped and provides duvets and pillows for all beds (Please bring your own linen and towels).
Fitted Kitchen – full-size electric oven, induction-hob, microwave, Bosch appliances including dish-washer, and a large Bosch fridge. The adjoining garage has a Bosch washing-machine and a chest freezer, accessed from the kitchen.
