- When you visit the FrenchVacations.co.uk site, no personal identifying information about you is gathered, unless you choose to provide such information in an e-mail message or you register to advertise your property.
- We receive a copy of enquiry form submissions for monitoring purposes to prevent fraudulent scam, nuisance enquiries and in case you have not received the enquiry yourself you can always see it in your owner’s area
- If you send us an email, we use the information you send to respond to your inquiry.
- If you register on our site as a member to advertise your French property, we use the personal information supplied by yourself such as name, address, email and telephone number for billing purposes and to enable us to contact you while you remain a member.
- To further promote your French property we can publish details of your property on our Twitter and Facebook accounts with a link to your advert on our site. We do not publish any of your personal data on these services.
- Personal data displayed on property adverts is limited to contact details such as name and telephone number. Your email address is hidden behind our enquiry form and will only be revealed to an enquirer when you reply to the enquiry.
- Any personal data we hold such as name, address, email and telephone number will not be sold or passed on to third parties. The data is securely stored with our hosting company and backup facilities.
- We will not retain your data for longer than is necessary to fulfill the purpose it is being processed for, for example unused membership accounts are reviewed and deleted on a regular basis.
- Property adverts are taken down on expiry or earlier if requested. These can be held on archive if requested otherwise they are deleted.
- If you would like your personal information deleted at any stage then please just let us know and we will remove your data.
