Area Description:
This wonderful property is located in the small village of Nalliers which has everything you need including two restaurants, bar, a small supermarket and a pharmacy.
The villa is just over 30 min’ drive from the numerous beaches of La Faute sur Mer. You will also find more fantastic beaches along the Atlantic coast in the resorts of La Tranche-sur-Mer and Jard-sur-Mer (both a 45-minute drive away) and an hour from the hustle and bustle of Les Sables d’Olonne, the largest seaside resort in Vendee.
The medieval coastal town of La Rochelle, with its famous twin towers guarding the colourful old port, is 45 min’ drive and the charming Ile de Ré, now a fashionable holiday destination, about an hour away. Both a must to explore without a doubt! Last, but certainly not least, is the Puy du Fou rural theme park – the fourth most popular attraction in France, just 50 min’ drive away and certainly not to be missed whilst on holiday in the area.
