The villa overlooks the famous four wave shaped buildings called “Marina Baie des Anges” which you can clearly see from the sky when landing in Nice airport. The Marina has a shopping centre, bars, restaurants and a supermarket which caters for various nationalities. On each side of the Marina there are stony beaches open to the public and a sandy beach with many facilities for eating and drinking. All within a few minutes’ walk!

Villeneuve Loubet is a great location offering the best of both worlds with a feel of a Provencal village and also a seaside resort. This part of the Cote D’Azur is a family destination with its beaches, natural parks and leisure areas which offers many activities for everyone. For history lovers, there is an interesting medieval castle in the picturesque village of Villeneuve Loubet. For food lovers it is interesting to know that Villeneuve Loubet is the birthplace of Auguste Escoffier, one of France’s greatest chefs, the father of “French gastronomy” whose house has become a museum.

Canyon Forest, Villeneuve Loubet (3.4km): An Acrobatic adventure park with 160 tree top challenges of monkey bridges, rope swings, giant zip lines and rock climbing. For the bravest, the longest zip line in France (330m) where you can expect to reach a maximum speed of 70 km per hour. If that’s not enough, there is a 4km maze!

Pitchoun Forest, Villeneuve Loubet (5km): Close to the Canyon Forest is another park which is a more accessible course for younger children (from 3 or 1m height to 10). Great park with four courses and lots to do including climbing, balancing. Altogether there are 60 different games and a quiz on animal life.

Le Village des Fous, Villeneuve Loubet (5km): Located next to Pitchoun Forest, this is a two-hectare park where “madness” is king! Flying baths is great fun. There are various challenges such as climbing, crawling, rope swinging, trails, huge slides, bouncy castles and a lot more.

Aquasplash, Antibes (3.5km): Water park with water slides, wave pool, toboggans, flumes and rubber ring rides the Black Cannon, one of France’s fastest water slides, which propels riders to a speed of 60 km/hour.

Lac de St Cassien (35km): A superb lake ideal for water sports lovers including windsurfing, fishing and also great for walking and horse riding in the Leisure Park.

Golf: Villeneuve Loubet (3.7km) 18 hole course. Golf d’Opio, Valbonne (15km) 18 hole course in the heart of a vast and splendid natural area nestled between sea and mountains.

The villa is located about 100m from the RN7 which is the road that goes from Antibes to Nice. There is a distant noise from the garden but it cannot be heard from inside the villa. Occasionally the train that runs along the coast can be heard.
