Beachfront holiday property with stunning sea views and direct access to a beach in front of the house. Enclosed garden. Walking distance to shops.

Not only is Villa Littoral set in a wonderful location with a beach that is right in front of the house but the beach itself is as good as private, although it is worth noting that public access is possible over the rocks of the far promontory. Access to the beach from the property is through a door located in the garden down a few steps, a bit like a hidden secret!
From the villa you can also walk to the restaurants, bars and bakery all within a 10min stroll from the house on and off along the sea front. As if this was not enough just behind the property runs the coastal path and there are lots of great walks and bikes ride to be had.
The little town of Ploemeur attracts people in search of unspoilt scenery and an ideal spot to relax and discover the hidden gems of this wonderful part of southern Brittany including a selection of lovely beaches and small coves.
The region is known for its coastal scenery, lovely sandy beaches, pretty fishing villages and opportunities for hiking, biking, horse riding and more. There is a surf school 6.5km away (Fort Bloqué) or in Guidel Plage (12km) which offers courses. You can also go canoeing, kite surfing and jet skiing.
Just a few kilometres away is the main road running the along the Brittany coastline offering relatively easy access to many of the main attractions along this beautiful stretch coast including Concarneau, Pont Aven, Lorient, Auray and Vannes.

We loved the location and access to a little sandy cove. Peaceful, with a lovely view and more sandy coves around each corner. The small town was a quiet stroll from the house, along the quiet road edging the beach. A handful of restaurants/bars, boulangerie and small supermarket – we didn’t use the car. Terrific cycling and walking paths along the coastline and even a golf course. The house was spacious and well equipped for families. Highly recommend Villa Littoral
Patricia S – 24/5/25 We had two good weeks thank you: though weather not as good as it had been in the past. Still the first week was good enough for outings to Perello Beach, walking to Kerroch and walking/cycling round Lac d’Orient with the family. The new bathroom is very impressive with a much better shower facility as is the new toilet and downstairs wash basin. Though getting six people through the shower every morning and then two children again in post beach showers was interesting as we couldn’t get them out! The second week wasn’t as good weather wise but that didn’t matter as we were just relishing the peace and quiet. We also saw the cruise ship which just appeared in the bay opposite the house out of the fog like a ghost ship; which added two new words to my vocabulary in a conversation with Madame: brume and phantome. Can we take this opportunity to provisionally book our two weeks for next year?”

You have been a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. A lovely experience with Select Villas. The house had much to commend it. Outdoor seating was great and there were lots of sun loungers. But it is Brittany not the med so weather can’t be guaranteed. There are some lovely decorative touches and I love the boat theme. The lady who let us in did tell us which days were market days in which places which was really helpful. Proximity to the beach was fantastic. The children loved the access to the beach and watching the tide encroach on the private steps from the cave. I fell in love with the outdoor photos and had fond memories of Brittany and booked.

The sea view and proximity was the particular seller for us. All (unsurprisingly) very positive. It’s a great house in a great location – not just the view and private beach access but also in terms of walking into the village and along the coast. The open plan downstairs was excellent. Select Villas and the key holder’s service and support was excellent – particularly our early start on Saturday (we left at 5am). Many thanks.
Martin F 10/8/24 – It’s a privilege to be able to stay at Villa Littoral. It’s difficult to explain, but I’ll try. The house is a lovely place to stay, but that’s not why it’s such a privilege. It’s more about the location of the house. The house sits on a small promontory of rocks. It is secluded from the rest of the town. There is sea to 3 sides and an omnipresent sound of the sea. The house is an L shape and wraps around the terrace which in turn has panoramic views over the ocean. The terrace is sheltered and beautiful. The garden is pleasant, but within it are steps that go down. Through a steel door, there is then access to a private beach. It’s really a cove that is cut off from the main beach at anything other than low tide. Almost nobody makes it around the rocks and so the beach is all your own. In the morning for breakfast, during the day and in the evening. Swimming in the bay is beautiful and the water was crystal clear on the days we were there. The water is cold, but not so cold that it’s uncomfortable. We swam a Km or so each day. The house is mostly modernised with a lovely kitchen. The only remaining difficult area is the bathroom. It’s old and pink. It’s perfectly functional though and we brought in lots of sand so I was grateful in many ways that it wasn’t pristine. Around the Villa is a pleasant town. Food is easy to get. Moulin Vert serves excellent moules frites with beer. We cycle extensively and there were lovely roads and towns to visit. We also visited Glenan Archipelago. It’s a boat ride from Concarneau. It’s a set of islands with perfect white sands and blue water. It’s much like visiting the Maldives for a day. Just get the right day. We hired kayaks and paddled our way around empty beaches and swam through clear blue waters. The pictures you can see of the house simply don’t prepare you for how lovely this is. You have no idea of the private beach, the terrace views or the ever-present sound of the sea.”
