Welcome to your rental ” 1001 colors” which is located just outside the village of St Siffret, 4km from the city of Uzès. The village of St Siffret is within walking distance of the property (about 500m), you will find in St Siffret a restaurant, a small supermarket which offer bread, croissants, regional products, newspapers etc
Everything has been renovated to a high standard to preserve the character and charm of the property but with modern comfort. The property has a private pool of 5 X 10 with it own beach of 120 M2 equipped with sun beds and umbrellas. There is also a covered terrace and 1800m2 of garden with olive trees and different Mediterranean plants
The property is facing south and you will find:

Due to the configuration of the property: stairs and high terraces we cannot accept children under 12 years old except babies who cannot walk
The property is located 4 Kms from Uzès, 15 Kms from exit A9 Remoulins, 30Kms from Avignon and 25 Kms from Nimes. We are an hour from the beaches.
We are located close to major :
Nimes and Avignon 30 minutes away and 1 hour from the Cévennes, Mont Ventoux, the Camargue and cities such as Arles, Aigues Mortes, Sainte Marie de la Mer, La Grande Motte, Saint Remy de Provence and Les Baux de Provence.
- Welcome products on arrival
- Linen and towels provided, pool towels, tea towels, sets and bed made upon arrival
- A rental contract will be sent to you to confirm your reservation (it contains all the information necessary for your rental)
The rental is payable as follows:
- 30% upon reservation by bank transfer
- The balance is to be paid one month before your arrival by bank transfer
To be paid on site upon your arrival in cash:
- Final cleaning : €200.00
- Pet fee (on request): €70.00
- Tourist tax:
€1.67 per person per night (It is free for children under 18)
Breakage deposit €1200.00 (You can pay it in £ to avoid exchange rates = £1000.00), this will be returned to you upon departure

We were ‘wow-ed’ by this property which over-delivered in every way; the accommodation supports three couples (and a baby) in comfort. The interior décor is beautifully done and the facilities for outside dining are spacious and well planned. The pool terrace is stunning, well laid out, private and utterly tranquil. The property sits on the edge of pretty village of Saint Siffret very close to the town of Uzes which is well worth getting to know. Cathy and Philippe were generous and considerate hosts. We thoroughly recommend.

Heavenly stay in this villa. Spacious, comfortable and beautiful. Completely private and peaceful. Sensational location to go explore the stunning area. Lovely hosts, accommdating. We stayed there with friends and had the most relaxing and idyllic time. Highly recomended.
