The house is a detached restored cider press on what was a hilltop farm. It is spacious and with wonderful south facing patio views down the valley of the Cendronne.
The open plan ground floor comprises:
- Modern kitchen installed in 2024
- Large dining-lounge areas with UK & French channels TV including Netflix. Free wifi.
- A large king size bedroom
- A twin bedroom on the ground floor – both with lovely garden views.
- There is a WC/shower on this floor. The shower is wheelchair accessible.
On the first floor, there is:
- A gallery landing with beautiful double bedroom off having wonderful south facing views.
- There is also a twin bedroom overlooking the large swimming pool.
- There is a separate WC/bath/shower on this floor. The shower is walk-in.
Wheelchair accessible. All linen and towels provided.
The house is outside the village of Lusignac. It is a very pretty part of Dordogne with classic sunflower fields in the rolling countryside. Spectacular views. There is plentiful parking which is wheelchair accessible to the house.
- July and August daily rental rate £200, minimum 7 nights.
- Rest of year daily rental rate £140, minimum 7 nights.
