La Trezane

The villa is set in 5,000 m² of private grounds and within a quiet, residential area between the village of Mougins and the lively town of Cannes, this 400 m² house is the perfect property in which to holiday in the South of France.

The interior is decorated in a classic style, with an Asian influence throughout the house. From the main living areas large bay windows give access to the pool and garden. The house is well organised for entertaining and relaxing, and the majority of ground floor rooms lead out to the terrace and pool. The villa is fully air-conditioned. The left wing is dedicated to the bedrooms, whilst the other side is for the dining, living and kitchen areas. The remaining bedrooms and office space are set on two different levels.

There is a separate guest house that accommodates the 7th bedroom as well as a well equipped kitchen and living area.

The grounds have been beautifully designed with the large pool being the central focus and ideal for lap swimmers thanks to its length. The adjacent gazebo and shade from the olive trees provide the ideal location to enjoy the warm summer days. The flat lawns offer a wonderful play area for families to enjoy games.

The pool area is completed with an outdoor shower and hammam/steam room.

Although the villa is set in a peaceful location, it is not isolated and therefore this spacious, elegant house will suit many different holiday makers.
