Hirondelle comfortably sleeps 6 people. It has

• A fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. and a utility room with an additional freezer.
• The open plan lounge has comfortable sofas and chairs with english satelite TV & DVD player for your entertainment.

Open stairs to first floor with sofa bed in reading area below. Tiled floors throughout ground floor. Downstairs cloakroom and toilet.

And upstairs . . . wooden flooring throughout first floor.

• Bedroom 1 overlooks the courtyard and has one double bed.
• Bedroom 2 overlooks the private garden with views towards Bellac and has two single beds.
• Bedroom 3 overlooks the garden with distant views of Bellac and has a double bed.
• Large family bathroom including bath with shower, toilet, basin, etc.

There is also a private garden, with patio, BBQ and range of garden furniture.

Le Repaire features a large 12m x 6m pool with semi-circular roman steps. Surrounding the pool is a terrace with views over the valley and a full range of sunbathing, garden furniture, sun-shades and parasols. The pool is fenced to comply with French regulations.
