- Large in ground pool (10m x5m) (Can be rented for exclusive use) with private access
- Private Jacuzzi room and separate WC leading from En suite
- Open plan kitchen/diner with French doors leading to private patio with garden furniture with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment and washing machine; gas BBQ with views to open countryside. Further door opening to path leading to pool
- One double spacious light airy bedroom overlooking pool, TV with English channels. En -suite his and hers walk in rain showers double sinks and WC, heated towel rail.
- Upstairs sitting room with panoramic views to the valley and countryside where there is an abundance of wildlife. TV with English/French channels

Area Description:

Price Notes:
- Bed linen, tea towels and bathroom towels included except for beach towels
- Must be stated at time of booking if you wish to use the jacuzzi during your stay – Cost £150 extra per week

- Check in: from 4pm and no later than 9pm (however if arriving later than 6pm please let us know approximate time of arrival)
- Check out: No later than 10am
- Pool open from end May to October (weather permitting)
- As we live on site with our 4 friendly spaniels and 2 cats. Our spaniels are very affectionate and are kept separate from the gite gardens and terraces so will not disturb you. We will meet you when you arrive and show you around your gite. We will be on hand to help with any queries or anything you may need but we try to be as discreet as possible to leave you in peace to enjoy your holiday.
- Payment terms 25% non-refundable deposit will confirm your booking.
