Lacepede

The house was built in 2000 and has three bedrooms, a large terrace with private pool and is fully fenced to keep children and our four-legged friends safe. There is an entrance area off the public road and there is ample parking and an Electric Car charger available for use by guests.

• The Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave etc. It is well stocked with tableware, glasses and cutlery, as well as cooking equipment.
• The Bedrooms (2 x double beds & 1 x bunk beds) all have built in wardrobes with the doubles also having ceiling fans and bedside storage. All the windows and the french doors have mosquito screens.
• The Lounge and dining area is well equipped with a settee, armchairs and coffee table with the dining area having a dining table and chairs. We have satellite & terrestrial French TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDS for all ages, fibre broadband and a stereo system to keep you entertained as well as board games, books etc.

Outside

• There is a large South facing terrace with awning, a BBQ, dining table & chairs, garden chairs and sun loungers.
• The pool is 10m x 5m with a 2m deep diving end reducing to 1m and side facing entrance steps. The pool also has submerged lighting for night swimming.
• There is a separate “cellier” with washing machine, another fridge for drinks etc. and the house also has a water softener. We have a stock of pool toys and other child friendly playthings.
