Farmhouse (5 beds) with grounds and swimming pool
The house is a converted farmhouse, connected to outbuildings (the old barn) containing a large games area (including table tennis table) and undercover parking.
Outside there is a gravelled area for parking and outdoor games and dining. Old bikes are available in an old bread oven building, with outdoor tables, chairs and loungers. The house is surrounded by fields and meadows giving way to oak woods. The pool is 12x6m and surrounded by paving.
The house is in its own grounds, about 2.5 km from Cazals (with shops, casino and market), and 0.5 km from Gindou (with mairie, and outdoor cinema in the summer weeks). Large supermarkets are at Gourdon, Prayssac, Cahors.
- Prices are for exclusive use of the house, pool and 5 hectares of land, accessed via a private driveway.
- In May pool is on request
- January, February, April there is no pool
