This imposing stone bastide sits on a hill overlooking the Valley of the River Brague Natural Park where there are beautiful walks accessed from the property. The pretty medieval village of Valbonne – with its many restaurants, cafes, shops and lively Friday market – is within easy walking distance. It’s just 20 minutes to Cannes, Antibes and the beaches of the coast and half an hour to Nice airport.

The property provides accommodation for 12 guests in six spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms and five bathrooms arranged as: three double bedroom suites, a double with adjacent shower room, and an apartment with a double and a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom and with garden access. There is a large reception room and very well equipped family kitchen as well as a second living room/tv den.

The Bastide is set within a lovely 5000m2 private garden with sweeping lawn, covered terraces and olive grove. From the living room, French doors open onto a huge outdoor terrace with covered dining table and comfy seating and Weber family gas barbecue. On the terrace is a stone fountain watering lemon and lime trees and fresh mint – ideal for mojitos and refreshing mint tea in the evening.  There is table tennis and a boules court for family entertainment and an indoor/outdoor Sonos sound system.

Across the lawn is a 12×6-metre swimming pool which can be heated and a pool house with bar, barbecue and dining area. Tne property is completely enclosed and accessed via a private driveway and has a security alarm.
